Last week I was talking with entrepreneurs in my EO forum about the DISC assessment test. It is used to determine personality types.
In preparation for the meeting with my EO forum last week, I took a test and came out with a high D and I, and a lower S and C. I am classified as “The Motivator.” In the Myers Briggs world, I come out at ENTJ. Both of those results are common for entrepreneurs.
Some of my entrepreneur friends mentioned that they use the test to better understand the people on their teams. The test can also be used to assess job candidates.
