ScheduleOnce to Eliminate Appointment Booking Hassle
We’ve been using ScheduleOnce for several months. I don’t know how we lived without it before.
The service let’s our customers, partners, potential hires, and anyone looking to book an appointment on our calendar choose a slot without hassle. There is no back-and-forth on suggested dates/times. There is no hassle of calendar invites not syncing between Outlook and Google Calendar.
Here are the features we like:
- a vanity URL to send your customers; e.g. we have http://meetme.so/accelereyes
- the ability to select certain times of the day when you are available; e.g. 10am to 6pm each day
- the ability to sync against a Google Calendar that ensures no schduling conflicts are created
- the ability for the invitee to select the amount of time for the meeting
- the ability for the invitee to add notes to the appointment notification
- the ability to auto-schedule reminders for 10 minutes before the meeting
- the ability to limit the number of free appointments you list, so it doesn’t look like you’re overly available on days when your schedule is not booked
Tools that make us efficient are great. It is well worth the $9/mo we spend.
What tools do you use to help with booking appointments?
