Not Only Luck.

Entrepreneurial Operating System

Today, my management team and I kicked off a big internal initiative to implement the “Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).” EOS is the brainchild of Gino Wickman and is outlined in the book, “Traction: Get a Grip on your Business.”

I was introduced to Traction a few months ago as part of my onboarding process within the Entrepreneur’s Organization.

Every business can be broken into 6 components. Each component is addressed and improved separately as part of EOS. Here are the six components:

The last chapter of the book contains an implementation guide for getting EOS integrated into a business. We are following the implementation guide directly and are starting with the Accountability Chart and discussions surrounding putting the right people in the right seats.

I’m excited to see how EOS improves our business.

Have you implemented EOS in your startup?
