Not Only Luck.

Homeless

So, I’ve written before about how we are moving our Atlanta office to a new location. We’ll no longer be housed in the Village.

We found out we were moving a little before the holidays. We started searching. I totally underestimated the lengthy process. There is the viewing of options and whittling down to a few select choices. Then there is the process of getting contractors involved to spec buildout for those spaces that need modification. Then there is negotiation, contract signing, permit seeking, construction, and move-in.

My blooper means we will be homeless at the end of March until our new office is ready for move-in!

Actually, we hope to not be totally homeless. Luckily, we have great systems in place that enable fantastic remote working capabilities. We hope to find a temporary place to be together too and are working on those options now (let me know if you have a place to suggest for a month or two). Maybe we’ll just get an RV and tour the country!

Should be an interesting Q2.

What stupid bloopers have you made? Seriously, post some of those so I don’t feel so dumb!
