The Elements of a Great Management Team Meeting
I like to use the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to manage startups. One component of EOS is a meeting pulse with an emphasis on useful high-quality meetings.
Today I ran across a great informative video about how to implement a Level 10 Meetings (“level 10” just means really good). It is very useful. We have not been holding our Level 10 meetings properly, and I’m looking forward to sharing this video with my management team so that we can improve.
Some people like daily standup meetings to communicate issues each day and provide a daily cadence. I am not a fan of those, especially for companies with less than 15 employees. But weekly Level 10 meetings with management are essential.
