We Have A New Home!

Today we signed a long-term lease on a wonderful office space in the building adjacent to the Atlanta Tech Village. This summer we will be working with interior designers and general contractors to transform the space into a wonderful and fun tech office with a startup vibe.

I’ve written before about how we are currently homeless for the summer. Luckily, we have found excellent options for temporary space while our new office is undergoing construction.

We ended up leasing more space than we need. We will be opening up roughly 20 desks to anyone looking to be part of the Buckhead tech startup scene, especially in light of the overflow from the building next door.

If you can join the Village, we recommend that first and foremost. Having been part of the Village for over a year, it is a wonderful place to be and a great way to foster a new tech startup!

But if you can’t get in and still want to be close, let me know. We have great options coming online at the beginning of September.

The commercial real estate process has been a long and winding road. I’m glad to have a lease signed. I’m nervous and hopeful that the construction process is smooth and not full of cost, delays, or other nasty surprises.
