Calendly Trumps ScheduleOnce

I’ve written before about how helpful ScheduleOnce had become in my routine. I no longer go back and forth with people to schedule meetings. I just let them pick a slot directly on my calendar.

I was happy with ScheduleOnce for providing me with that concept. The user interface was annoying, but I didn’t care because it saved me so much time. I paid $90 for one year of personal ScheduleOnce service.

Recently, Calendly started making news around Atlanta. Calendly provides the same service for scheduling appointments. Since it is an Atlanta startup, I decided to give Calendly a try. Even though I have paid my $90 to ScheduleOnce, I will be switching to Calendly. Here are reasons why:

  1. It is free (I do not know when they will start charging and if they price more than ScheduleOnce, I will go back to ScheduleOnce). ScheduleOnce has waaaay too many pricing tiers.
  2. It is much more beautifully designed than ScheduleOnce. Great UI is important.
  3. It is a local Atlanta startup.

I highly recommend using Calendly to eliminate the back-and-forth hassle of scheduling meetings.

What are your thoughts on scheduling meeting services?

Agreed. The more I use it, the more I like it. Great design and ease of use are ++.

Are you still using Calendly?
