Viewing your life on this side of things it seems like it’s a walk in the park.
Someone recently said the quote above to me. I thought it was interesting. And not at all true.
A few thoughts come to mind about that statement:
- The rewards of entrepreneurship start becoming wonderful for bootstrapped businesses once the $1 million revenue mark is passed.
- It is not easy nor a walk in the park. Ever.
- After many years of entrepreneurship, it becomes easier to mellow out and hold yourself well composed even though there are still many crazy moving pieces to your startup.
- Fellow entrepreneurs can form bonds around the shared struggles. Organizations like EO are tremendously valuable in that regard.
What are your thoughts on entrepreneurship as a “walk in the park”?
